Beautiful 1920’s Coral Silk Chiffon Beaded Dress with a classic scoop neck, short sleeves and a drop waist with beautifully patterned glass beadwork in metallic & white beads. The glass beadwork is white with graphite metallic beads.. the same beadwork is on the front as well as the back. The hemline is scalloped, which adds a delicate detail to the dress.
There is no lining with this beaded dress.. a nude slip or body stocking would work well. There are side snaps and hooks as closure along the waist.. all are in working order.
The color is awesome for the period, with beautiful designs formed by the beading.
Like the Gatsby Era.. well dressed looks of glamour & style.
No label…which is typical of this period.. There is a small tag inside a seam that reads 38
This is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION… there is no silk rot, tears or holes in the silk chiffon. The fabric seems very strong. Armpits are in great shape with no stains or rot. There are a few missing beads in some areas, very minimal. There are a few areas where the coral background color has faint water-mark like spotting… but not really noticeable when worn.
I would say that this is a WOMEN’S SIZE Small to MEDIUM.. (with a measurement from armpit to pit of 19 inches = 38 inches)

Bust taken under the arm pit to arm pit: 19 inches = 38 inches
Drop waist area: 34 inches
