Description

1930’S Bias Cut Black Lace Dress complete with the slip underlining attached.. nude chiffon on the top lining & solid black silk lining on the bottom. This dress is sleeveless, with a “V” neckline that has a sweetheart detail along the top of the bust area. The bottom of this lace dress flares out like a tulip skirt…. Very glamorous, Great Gatsby.. so Old Hollywood..
This garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION..
There are a few very minor repairs in the lace… none at all noticeable, which is very unusual to be in this great of condition… especially for it’s age. The fabric & lace under the arm pit area looks great.. with no rot or holes. There is a bit of light discoloration of the beige silk chiffon under the pits.. but very light… and not an issue at all.
*There is no maker label or size in dress… which is typical of this period..
I would say that this dress is a WOMEN’S SMALL to MEDIUM
