1940’S-50’s LILLI ANN Jacket with Rhinestone & Pearl encrusted front panels. Beautifully textured wool imported from France and lined in silk crepe. This jacket has nice structure with light shoulder pads and a fitted bodice with gathered fabric around the waist similar to Ceil Chapman work.. draping fabric around the models body for a perfect fit.
The front of the jacket has large pearl buttons as a closure with added hook & eye clasps running down the button placket to keep everything in place perfectly.
Lilli Ann’s early work like this is really the epitome of High Fashion.. Strikingly smart in design, and very well made.
This particular jacket although vintage, has a very contemporary vibe & can be worn in any situation.
This garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. The body of this jacket shows no wear.. & there are no real flaws to note..
