Description
Long Cheongsam Dress in an beautiful asymmetrical ombre’ floral print on black linen or cotton, with deep rainbow colored flowers. This is a traditional Asian fitted wiggle dress with a mandarin collar, fitted bodice and extra long side slits to the hemline. There is a metal side zipper and a series of snaps to get into this fitted dress. The entire dress is lined in a sheer silk.
There is no fabric content label attached. This feels like linen or perhaps a linen cotton blend. The lining is black and feels like a sheer silk .
This garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION…with no issues to note.. This appears to be unworn.
This dress is from the estate of an ambassador’s wife from Hong Kong. I purchased many of these dresses.. most were never worn and placed in storage in 2000. I would guess that this was from the 1960’s.
There is no size label attached.
By the measurements, I would say that this is a WOMEN’S SIZE SMALL with a 27 inch waist
