1930’s-40’s Glamorous Rayon Formal that drops out low in the front as well as the back…with 4 runs of sequined ruffles running below the hips to the hemline. The ruffled edges are lined with black netting adorned with small black sequins. The netting with sequins are repeated along the sleeves edge as well. There are light shoulder pads sewn into the garment. Below the dramatic exposed back is a Talon metal zipper as a closure.
