Description
Long Cheongsam Dress in an beautiful all-over floral print on silk chiffon with glass bead appliqued on the flowers. The fabric is sheer and see through above the breast line and below is a blue silk liner that runs to the hemline.
This is a traditional Asian fitted wiggle dress with a mandarin collar, fitted bodice and extra long side slits to the hemline. There is a side zipper and a series of snaps to get into this fitted dress. The entire dress is lined in a sheer silk.
There is no maker label or fabric content label attached.
This garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION…with a small amount of color fade areas on the inside lining of the collar and inside the upper slip area….nothing crazy, and not shown when worn.
This dress is from the estate of an ambassador’s wife from Hong Kong. I purchased many of these dresses.. most were never worn and placed in storage in 2000. I would guess that this was from the 1960’s.
There is no size label attached.
By the measurements, I would say that this is a WOMEN’S SIZE MEDIUM with a 29 inch waist
