Description
Long Cheongsam Dress in an beautiful pearlized flesh brocade with pink & gold details. This is a traditional Asian fitted wiggle dress with a mandarin collar, fitted bodice and extra long side slits to the hemline. There is a nylon side zipper and a series of snaps to get into this fitted dress. The entire dress is lined in a sheer silk. There is beautiful violet silk piping on many edges.. with several hand sewn details.
There is no fabric content label attached. This feels like a rayon & silk brocade with gold threading. The lining is white and feels like a sheer silk .
This garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION…with no issues to note.. This appears to be unworn.
This dress is from the estate of an ambassador’s wife from Hong Kong. I purchased many of these dresses.. most were never worn and placed in storage in 2000. I would guess that this was from the 1960’s.
There is no size label attached.
By the measurements, I would say that this is a WOMEN’S SIZE MEDIUM with a 30 inch waist
