Description
1950’S Vintage Cat Eye Sunglasses in a Ivory colored plastic frame with double pointed details. The top part of the frames & stems are embellished with silver glitter. The glass lenses are in a smokey green color, and are clear of any scratches or flaws.
These were well made optical quality frames made in the USA by Bosch & Lomb.
These vintage sunglasses appear to have not been worn and are in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION… the only sign of age is some slight yellowing of the ivory plastic on the inside of the stems only.
The hinges are in good working order, and the frames are not warped, cracked or crooked.
The width of the frames are a bit narrow by today’s standards, but frames were smaller and tighter to the face during this period.
On the inside of both stems read:
B&L RAY-BAN USA
The size of these vintage frames are a bit smaller than most, so keep this in mind when purchasing.
