Description
1940’S Art Deco Lounge Robe in a deep red jacquard swirl print. The collar, cuffs and pocket trim is in red satin. The black braided sash is not original to this robe, however it works well with it.
This robe is unlined, which makes it better for summer’s warmer weather.
These lounge robes were commonly worn after Gala Events over a tuxedo or other formal attire when men would get together to smoke & drink.. an Old Hollywood Tradition..
This Lounge Robe is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION…. with a few minor spots and imperfections.
The label reads:
PILGRIM
