1940’s Lace Formal with thin spaghetti straps on a fitted bodice..
There is a flouncy peplum that drops out along the waist with mint green edgework under the lace. The skirt on this gown also flares out with a voluminous hemline that has a sweep of 244 inches. The hemline also is lined with mint green under the lace.
There is 4-1/2 inch wide rigid horsehair interfacing sewn under the hemline to give volume to the skirt.
The entire gown is lined in black silk.
There is a Talon metal zipper as a closure along the back.
This is totally High Style Hollywood Glamour, from.. BERGDORF GOODMAN, New York.
This cut is so flattering, as it hugs the body in all the right places.

This garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.. it is in pristine condition.. with no signs of wear or issues to be seen.
