Description
1940’s Formal Gown… This is very unusual to find from the 40’s period in a creamy white rayon. The front of the bodice has beautiful white iridescent bugle & seed beads sewn into this dress. The sleeves are interesting, like a short dolman sleeve.
There is a draping side peplum that is gathered on the right hip and drapes down to the left. On the back of the peplum is a metal side zipper as a closure.
This is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.. no stains and the off white color is consistent through out.. without fade.
By the measurements, I would say that this dress is a WOMEN’S SIZE LARGE
