Description

1940’s Double Breasted Trench Coat in nice weight wool gabardine.. Great for cooler weather, as it has a wool zip out lining attached to the trench..
This is complete with notched collar, 6 button double breasted front panel, storm through pockets, button sleeve straps, shoulder epaulettes and a matching gab belt with a cool dark green buckle.
This trench coat has a single vent in back and the length is below the knee.
Basically, These coats came from a military design and you can see that in this garment.
Ever since Bogey wore this style coat in his movies, this piece of outerwear has always had an inherently “old school vibe.”
This Garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.. with very minor snags in the gabardine. The sleeves are a tad shorter at 23-1/2 inches.. standard is 24 inches.. not far off..
There is no maker or size label.
By the measurements I would say this is a MEN’S SIZE MEDIUM ..
