Vintage 1920’s Sheer Chantilly Lace Dress with incredible details you only see these days in Haute Couture Clothing. This is extremely delicate lace that is so sheer it’s almost like spider webbing… a wonder how this lace is even produced. It’s so beautiful. The closer you look, the more detail you see.
Obviously this is completely sheer, which would make this perfect for a photo shoot as sexy honeymoon lingerie, vintage pin-up, or for photo’s to give that someone special…
As a beautiful vintage dress, you would need a slip, teddie, or a simple body stocking.
These period dresses are delicate, and should be worn with care.
This vintage garment is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.. Especially for it’s age being over 100 years old..
There are only a few small snags & minor imperfections in the lace..
For it’s age and the delicately fine lace, it’s amazing that it is in such great condition as it is..
There is no maker or size label in this garment… which is typical for the period.
I would say with the measurements it would fit a women’s SIZE SMALL to MEDIUM

Shoulder seam to seam: 15-1/2 inches
Bust: taken under the armpit to armpit: 19 inches = 38 inches
Waist area: 18 inches across = 36 inches
Hip area: 21 inches across = 42 inches
Top of the shoulder to the hemline: 52 inches
Arm opening: 8 inches from the shoulder opening down to the pit = 8 inches = 16 inches
Obviously this needs to fit loose and drop from the shoulders.. not tight fitting anywhere..
